TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.A consultation may be cancelled or postponed without any consequences, including financial ones, no later than 48 hours before the day on which the consultation is scheduled. Any appointments not cancelled or postponed on the same day as part of purchased packages will be deemed to have been made.
(2) In the event of cancellation or postponement of a consultation at a date later than the one mentioned in section 1, the prepayment will not be refunded. It will also not be credited towards payment for the next consultation.
